My name is Sameh El Said - President of International Import, Export & Consult Company in EGYPT ( IIEC ) , our company has been established in 1974 ( 34 Years ) and we are working as international business consultant and in other cases we work as Buyers and Agents.

We are looking for suppliers for the following product :-

WHOLE HALAL FROZEN CHICKEN
The required documents for every shipment will be as follows :-
1- Commercial Invoice.
2- Certificate of Origin.
3- Health Certificate ( Ministry of Agriculture ).
4- HALAL SLAUGHTER CERTIFICATE.
5- Bill of Lading.

The chicken must be Without GILBERT'S AND HEAD OFF.
THE WEIGHT is between 1000 Gms - 1200 Gms MAXIMUM
QUANTITY : 1000 M/T every 45 � 60 Days.
DELIVERY : CIF Alexandria port - Egypt
ORIGIN : BRAZIL / CANADA / AUSTRALIA
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% of the value of each shipment ( 1000 M/T )
PAYMENT : By Irrevocable , confirmed , divisible , Non-Transferable Letter Of Credit.

TARGET PRICES : Due to the High drop of the International Prices for most of the products , Kindly please quote us for your very best and competitive price to enable our company to market your product in EGYPT. As you might be aware that Egypt is the biggest consumer for chicken in the Middle East.

There will be a committee from Egypt will travel to be present during the process of Slaughtering as the Slaughtering process must be FRESH.

We are ready to send our LOI upon receiving your prices.
